About Us

A space dedicated to supporting cultural identity, emotional well-being, and personal growth. The focus is on understanding how lived experiences shape self-awareness and healing.

Learn about Who I Am

I’m Sana. I’ve always been a bit of a people watcher. It eventually turned into a career.

I pay attention to how people make sense of their experiences and how those experiences shape the way they move through the world. Over time, that curiosity grew into a deeper understanding of how much our environments, systems, and histories influence us in ways we don’t always recognize.

A lot of the people I work with are used to being capable, responsible, and holding things together. On the surface, things may look fine. But internally, there is often a sense of pressure, uncertainty, or feeling stuck in patterns that are hard to shift.

In our work together, I do not rush into interventions. We take time to understand what is happening beneath the surface. This includes your patterns, your history, your environment, and the systems you are part of. You are always in the driver’s seat. My role is to support, observe, and collaborate with you as we make sense of your experiences and explore what feels aligned for you, even as that evolves over time.

A lot of what we struggle with is not random. It is shaped by expectations, power dynamics, and the environments we have adapted to. Part of our work is making those patterns visible so you can decide what you want to keep, question, or shift.

Clarity usually comes from understanding your patterns, not forcing yourself to push through them.

I integrate EMDR and mind body approaches with practical work around communication, boundaries, and self advocacy. I tend to approach this work with the same curiosity I bring to the rest of my life, whether that is getting lost in a book, working on something creative, or spending time outdoors.

The goal is not quick fixes. It is supporting you in creating lasting shifts that feel like your own so you can understand yourself more clearly, feel more grounded in your decisions, and move forward with confidence in what comes next.

Therapy with me often feels different from what clients have experienced before.

Outside of therapy, I spend time with my cats, books, and creative projects, and occasionally think about what it would be like to cuddle a polar bear.
