Clinical Supervision for Pre-Licensed Therapists in California
Supportive, collaborative guidance for AMFTs, ASWs, and APCCs on their journey toward licensure

Supportive Supervision for Your Growth Journey
Supporting emerging therapists is one of the most meaningful parts of my work. I offer clinical supervision to associate-level clinicians (AMFTs, ASWs, and APCCs) in California who are working toward licensure. My style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in curiosity, reflection, and mutual growth.
In our work together, we'll explore not only the clinical skills and knowledge needed to support your clients, but also the development of your voice, confidence, and identity as a therapist. Supervision is a space where it's okay not to have all the answers—where you can bring your questions, your challenges, and your wins.
Supervision is conducted via secure telehealth and meets all BBS requirements for licensure in California. If you're looking for a supportive, thoughtful space to grow as a clinician, I'd love to connect and see if we're a good fit.
My Supervision Approach
Collaborative Growth
I believe supervision is a collaborative relationship where both supervisor and supervisee contribute to the learning process. My goal is to help you develop your unique clinical voice while providing guidance and support.
Reflective Practice
I emphasize reflective practice to help you develop self-awareness, critical thinking, and the ability to integrate theory with practice. We'll explore not just what happened in sessions, but the meaning behind interactions.
Culturally Responsive
I'm committed to culturally responsive supervision that acknowledges the impact of diversity, power, and social context on therapeutic work. We'll explore how these factors influence both your clinical work and our supervision relationship.
Strengths-Based
While we'll certainly address areas for growth, I believe in highlighting and building upon your existing strengths and successes. This approach fosters confidence and resilience as you develop as a clinician.
